Store Policies

Payment can by made by Paypal within 5 days of purchase. If payment has not been made within 5 days I will contact you, if there is no response I will cancel the item and relist it. If you are having trouble paying for the item within 5 days just contact me and we can discuss an extension, or a cancellation if have changed your mind.
Your item will be posted upon a cleared payment. I use Australia Post to send the items, however I take no responsibilty for items lost once they leave me. Quoted prices are for Australian destinations only.
Refunds and Exchanges
I love and adore every item I put up for sale or else it doesn't reach my store and I know you will love it also, however if for some reason there is a problem let me know and I may be able to rectify it. I only refund in special circumstances but am happy to exchange or store credit. All refunds and exchanges are excluding shipping costs and the item must be returned in an unused resalable condition.
Please contact me prior to purchasing with any questions you may have, I am only to happy to help and a few questions beforehand can minimise any problems later on.
