Store Policies

Your item will be shipped within 3-4 days of payment received with notification sent with tracking number.


REFUNDS
All care is taken to package your artwork as carefully as possible so that it arrives in perfect condition. You will be sent a photo to your email of the package ready to be shipped. In the event of damage occurring in transit, a photo is necessary of the package before unpacking, then another of the damaged artwork. This is necessary for insurance purposes. A refund will only be given for damaged artwork after images are received.

Change of mind - the item is to be returned with tracking within 7 days of receiving. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and will receive a refund for the artwork when the item is returned in re-saleable condition.


PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
The sale will be cancelled and the item relisted if payment not received within 3 days.
Australian buyers may pay by direct deposit if they wish, please convo me for details.

Please note that the secondary shipping charges only pertain to items being shipped to the same address. If you require another item to be sent elsewhere, please advise me via convo first so that I may invoice you via paypal with the updated shipping cost.

Unfortunately bulky items incur a high shipping cost to a number of international countries. This is determined by size/width and not necessarily by weight.

I am very happy to combine shipping with excess shipping refunded via the payment method chosen..



International buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
