Store Policies

All orders will be sent by Australia Post through standard, parcel post or express post mail.

Goods will only be sent once full payment has been received. If tracing is available on the postage, details will be provided to the recipient so they can track their package.
Parcels come from the NT, so sometimes mail may take a little longer, depending on Australia Post.

Parcels are packed in compostable mailing bags, to reduce the impact on the environment.

REFUND or EXCHANGE
Care is taken with photographs to be as clear and accurate as possible. However at times screen resolutions may show a slightly different colour of items. When the item is cut from patterned fabric, it may also look slightly different to the item pictured.

I am unable to provide refund or exchange for changing your mind. Please take time and review the photographs carefully prior to purchase. If you have any questions, please also feel free to send a message prior to purchasing.

A lot of care is taken to produce a quality item, in the event that the item is somehow broken when it arrives, please contact me and we will work something out. No liability is taken for the misuse of a product.

GIFT PURCHASES
If this purchase is as a gift, please feel free to contact me to let me know. All purchases will be carefully beautifully packed for the recipient, however I will happily add in a card with your message (and not include an invoice showing the cost).
