Store Policies

PAYMENT: Payment methods include Paypal and Credit Card payments via Stripe.

POSTAGE: All items are posted via Australia Post. Small items such as cards, bookmarks etc will be shipped as standard letter mail. All larger items will be shipped via regular parcel mail and will have tracking. If you would like tracking on items sent via letter mail, please choose this option at checkout. Orders sent internationally will be shipped Airmail, either as letter post or parcel post. Prices will vary depending on weight.
I am very careful to pack all items with the utmost care as I want them to reach you in perfect condition. I offer a few different shipping options, so please make sure to choose the one most suitable. Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged during transit if insurance cover is not chosen. In the event of an insured package going missing or getting damaged, I will certainly offer all the help I can during the claim process with the post office.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: To avoid any issues, I always quality inspect all items before I ship them, pack them safely and I try to include all details about the item in my descriptions so that you know exactly what you are purchasing prior to purchase. However, if there is any problem at all with your item, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can work out a solution together. In the event that a refund or exchange is agreed on between myself and the buyer, the item must be returned in the same good condition within 10 days from that agreement.
Please note that I do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing. Thank you for understanding. :)
