Store Policies

Item/s will be posted to you after payment has been made. All items will be protected and packaged perfectly for safe travelling (as if I'd handed it to you myself).
I will email you to let you know your item has been posted (save the suspense, I know you'd love to receive your order asap).
I will deliver worldwide via Australia Post services (they've been very good in my experience).
Refunds & Exchanges:
Your purchase will leave my hands in perfect condition. You can opt to buy postage insurance or registered mail if you like to protect any damage or loss that could be possible during postal transit - just let me know if you want this service added, it'll cost you whatever Australia Post charges.For health reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned (Aussie standards :P)
Custom orders are welcomed (for that extra personalised touch, no problems).
