Store Policies

Shipping
* We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
* All shipping is via Australia Post, Standard Shipping. This means orders will arrive between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the demand being experienced by Australia Post.
* Customers will be notified via email when their order is shipped and provided with a tracking number.
* There is usually a one to three day handling time between when an order is placed and when it ships. This is to ensure the product is up to Annie & Moo's exacting standards and to package items appropriately.

Returns
* Annie & Moo Paper offers full refunds or exchanges on damaged items only. This damage is incurred during transit; all items leave the studio in perfect condition.
* A refund or exchange is not offered if a customer changes their mind or decides the product is not what they imagined. We strongly encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and, if there is any doubt, contact Annie & Moo with questions prior to ordering.
* Customers can choose whether they would like an exchange or a refund for the damaged item.
* Exchanges and refunds will occur when the damaged item is returned to Annie & Moo.
* Returns should occur within two weeks of delivery of damaged item. After that time, returns, refunds and exchanges are not possible.
* Should customers need to return an item, the following procedure should take place:
- notify Annie & Moo Paper at anniemoopaper@gmail.com as soon as you realise the product is damaged.
- please include photographs of the damage attached to the email (any damage to items would occur during shipping as all orders are checked and double checked for quality prior to dispatch - therefore we need photographs in order to liaise with Australia Post). Items are photographed when being packaged by Annie & Moo as a point of comparison.
- Please return item with packaging ASAP to Annie & Moo Paper, 15 Vernallan Way, Lesmurdie WA 6076 via Standard Delivery with Australia Post. Annie & Moo will refund you the cost of postage as well as exchanging or refunding the damaged item - providing it meets the aforementioned policies relating to returns, refunds and exchanges.
*Made-to-Order items are customised and personalised for individual customers and as such, cannot be exchanged or returned.
