Store Policies


LilyTayler Designs accepts PayPal, credit cards, Afterpay or Direct Deposit.
Direct Deposit payments must be made within 24 hours of purchase, with the making process to commence once funds have been cleared. Postage will be made immediately after product turnaround time specified, which is usually 2-3 days.

All items will be posted via Australia Post either as a standard delivery (no tracking) to keep costs down. or with Tracking at an extra cost.

Please ensure the correct mailing address is supplied as will not be responsible for lost or stolen goods
All orders will be posted as per the product turnaround time stated (usually within 1-3 days) Direct Deposit payments will only be posted once funds have been cleared.

Refunds & Exchange:

LilyTayler Designs creates one-of-a-kind pieces, so we don't refund for any change of mind.
IMPORTANT: Due to health and hygiene regulations earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

If for any other reason you are not happy with your purchase, PLEASE contact us by email at lilytaylerdesignsau@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, to discuss and work towards resolving your concern.

Any agreed items that are to be returned must be unworn, with no damage or altered in any way. The item must be returned in the same protected packaging, and returned by Registered Mail (with tracking) at your own cost.

Custom orders are generally available for some pieces, and I we will do my best to fulfil any requests. Please feel free to contact me with your wish list.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering all custom requests, unless otherwise agreed upon. (no less than a 50% deposit will be required, and will be non-refundable for default on orders, including change of mind with design, colours or materials used. Any balance owing is to be paid prior to delivery or picking up of goods.

All orders will include a ‘Jewellery Care’ note (and jewellery bag) in their parcel which is the responsibility of the customer to adhere to when looking after any jewellery purchased from LilyTayler Designs. Where and how you store your jewellery will affect it’s condition and longevity, with weather, and sun exposure often affecting the colour of sterling silver and silver plated pieces.
Note: Natural discolouration with some silver products will not be deemed as ‘damaged’.
Any Jewellery purchased that is on sale, from special offers, discounts etc are not refundable or exchanged. SILVER PLATED JEWELLERY
Jewellery that is referred to as silver plated, alloy metal, or Tibetan Silver is not a full Sterling Silver product and is reflected in the pricing. This type of costume jewellery material can discolour or tarnish naturally, and is the customers responsibility when buying any of these products to be aware of this.
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided if this occurs, or if there is a change of mind.
Sterling Silver can also tarnish naturally, generally affected by environmental factors, particularly heat and humidity, lotions, and other products used and applied to the body. We recommend you use bi-card soda (and hot water) to clean your sterling silver, but is not to be used for any other jewellery materials especially stones, crystals or beads. (please contact us if you are not sure)

Pick up's for orders can be made by prior arrangement only, with local (free hand) deliveries also available also by prior arrangement - please contact us first.
