Store Policies

Payment options: PayPal accepted

Refunds: for faulty goods, or those goods damaged on arrival only (not change-of-mind). Refunds must be claimed within one week of delivery. A photo of the damaged/faulty items and description of how they are faulty/damaged is required before a refund will be processed.

Exchanges: Available for change-of-mind up to one week from delivery, as long as item is unworn/ unused. Buyer to pay return postage.
Available for faulty/goods damaged on arrival up to one month from delivery. A photo of the damaged/faulty items and description of how they are faulty/damaged is required before an exchange will be processed.
