Store Policies

Payment can be made via Credit Card.

Items in stock will be posted within 1-3 business days after payment clears. If your order needs to be made up, I will let you know how long that will take.

All items are shipped via Australia Post. I will supply you the tracking reference number once lodged with Australia Post. Let me know if you prefer Express Postage.

If you are overseas, please contact me for a quote on International Postage.

I will make sure that your items are packed carefully and posted safely.

What Would Hazel Do will not be responsible for late or missing parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post.

Refund Policy

As I take the highest care creating and packaging my handmade items, I make sure that each item is free from fault or damage prior to shipping. If the item that you have purchased is faulty, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. A refund or exchange will only be considered if the item is unused and photographic evidence is supplied. Returns need to be returned to me via post within 14 days of delivery and are posted at buyer’s expense.

“Change of Minds” will not be refunded.
