Store Policies

Every effort has been made to ensure that you are receiving a quality handmade product. I have taken care to ensure that the description and specifications on each listing are correct.
I have endeavored to ensure that the colours reproduced in the product photos are as true to life as possible but sometimes product colours may vary from the images that appear on my page due the differences in phone or screen display settings.

Payment can be made through Bank Deposit, Credit Card, PayPal or Cash on pick up.

Postage costs vary dependent of size and weight of items purchased. Please check individual item listings. Standard shipping does not include tracking and due to Covid related restrictions across Australia the length of postage times has increased. Postage times cannot be guaranteed. It is highly recommended to purchase tracking. Pavlova's Garden cannot take any responsibility or items lost while in transit if they have been posted without tracking.

Contact free local pick up is available for customers in the Bunbury region of Western Australia.

Refunds and/or exchanges are available to customers within the guidelines of Australian Consumer Law. Should a fault occur with one of my products please notify me within 7 days of receiving the product. Items are to be returned to me at the customers expense via registered post. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for incorrect sizing or change of mind purchases.
