Store Policies

Payment:
Bank transfer (preferred) or PayPal.

Postage:
Our current process time is 1-3 business days.
All purchases are sent via AusPost with tracking. As soon as your purchase is ready to send, you will be sent the tracking number.

Policy Basics
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us at DragonflyCreateAUS@gmail.com before your item if posted (or within 24 hours, whichever comes first) for a full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
If an item arrives damaged, you can request a refund - or request an exchange - provided evidence is given that it was damaged before arrival. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of item.
If your item has arrived in good condition and you have change your mind/do not like it, no refund will be provided.
You must provide proof of purchase for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund within 14 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it make take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank or PayPal. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at DragonflyCreateAUS@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at DragonflyCreateAUS@gmail.com.

Shipping
To return your product, please first contact us at DragonflyCreateAUS@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Transaction fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
