Store Policies

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Credit Card, PayPal or Direct Deposit. When paying via Direct Deposit, please leave your order number as a reference. Please make immediate payment when choosing Direct Debit, the item will be relisted after 2 days if payment has not been made.

POSTAGE

Boss Up B use Australia Post for Australian deliveries. After items have been made, they will be sent within 3 business days (not including public holidays) and an email will be sent to the buyer notifying them of dispatch.
Please allow 5-10 days as a general guide to receive your items (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your location within Australia.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds will only be offered if an item has arrived faulty or damaged. Please contact Boss Up B via email (bossupbgifts@gmail.com) as soon as you have received your delivery, attached with a photo of your faulty/damaged item. Refunds will be processed (minus postage costs) as soon as possible. I do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If you have ordered the incorrect size, please contact Boss Up B via email (bossupbgifts@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving your item to organise an exchange. All postage costs involved in this transaction is the responsibility of the buyer.
