- Can I change the colours after I placed the order?
Yes you have 24 hours to contact us to make a change in the order.

- Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes we do.

- How long will it take for my order to be ready to be posted?
All our puzzles are made to order so please allow 7 - 10 days for there order to be ready for shipping.

- How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post so please refer to their website for shipping times.

- My puzzle was damaged in the post, can I get a replacement?
If your puzzle arrives damaged, we will replace it after the original puzzle has been returned to us.

- Is there a limit to the amount of letters allowed in the puzzle?
No, there isn't, however if the puzzle exceeds 12 letters, please contact us before placing an order.

- Do you sell replacement letters?
Due to each name puzzle being unique, we are unable to replace letters.

- Do you sell replacement pieces for the animal puzzles?
Yes we do. Please message us to organise a replacement for a fee.

- Why are the colours of my puzzle different from the photos?
Colours may vary as we hand paint each puzzle so the tones might be slightly different from what's displayed on your screen.
