Store Policies

Payment must be made at the time of purchase.
Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.
Direct debit can be done by contacting me for details.
All items are posted within 1-3 business days once payment has been cleared.


All items are posted using Australian Post. Unfortunately I'm not responsible for any damage caused in transit.

Refund Policy
As I take the highest care in sewing or crocheting my handmade items, I make sure that each item is free from faults or damage prior to shipping. If the item that you've purchased is faulty, please contact me as soon as possible. A refund or exchange will only be considered if the item is unused and photo evidence will be required. All returns are posted at the buyers expense.

**Refunds will not be given for change of mind**
