Store Policies

- Gladly excepting returns (full refund) or exchanges with no questions asked if buyer returns the item undamaged at their own expense.

- To receive a refund you have to contact me within 2 weeks of receiving the item

- All of the items are being shipped by Australia domestic and international post. If the item arrives damaged, broken in transport, despite my best efforts to tuck it in, we need to follow the instructions directed by AUS post in order to receive a refund. AUS post very honestly refunds the items if you present the broken item in its original packaging. I can not do that part for you as that is their policy and cannot be changed. Please get in touch if this happens and I will advise on how to proceed.

- All of the items in my store are hand-made by myself , hence some of them have certain imperfections which is a common occurrence in hand built art production.
