Store Policies

Currently, we are accepting payment by credit card. However, hope to introduce more options soon for customer convenience.

All earrings are sent through Australia Post. Shipping options are standard or express.

Returns & exchanges:
Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. If you feel your product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please do get in contact so that I do my best to assist with the issue. Photograph of the product's condition would be helpful if this is the case.

Product colour variations:
Please be aware that even though I have done my best to accurately convey the colours of the earrings in each of these product pictures, a variation of colours may occur depending on lighting when the photos were taken and the settings/ resolution of devices on which the photos are viewed.

Product imperfections:
Due to the nature of being handmade, there may be slight imperfections.
