PAYMENT
Payment through Paypal preferred.

Custom items will not be undertaken until payment is made in full.

Items will not be posted until payment is made in full.

POSTAGE

The shipping prices I have quoted for each item is the very basic and cheapest option available.

If you would like to discuss the best option prior to purchasing, please do not hesitate to email me. I am happy to follow up other options available for postage for you before you make a commitment to purchase from our page.

Insurance is not included the postage price, but happy to look into it for you prior to you purchasing.

I allow 1-2 weeks for the item to be drawn up for proof, receiving your approval, the creation of the item and posting. If you need something urgently, please feel free to email me to discuss prior to committing to the purchase of the item.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Due to health and safety, masks can not be returned or exchanged.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
