Store Policies

PayPal is the preferred payment method. (You do not have to have a PayPay account to pay with Paypal - when you select PayPal during checkout you will be given the option to manually enter a debit/credit card.)
Please make your payment immediately, because your purchase will only ship once your payment has cleared. Allow 2-3 business days for your payment to clear. Please contact me if you are having difficulty or experiencing any issues.

When your payment is cleared, I will package and post your order using Australia Post in Australia. Your order will be shipped as regular post, untracked. I can post by express with tracking upon request, at a small additional cost.
Your order will be sent to the address on your MadeIt account. If you need the item posted to a different address, feel free to contact me. This includes if your order is a gift and you want it sent directly to the recipient.

Refunds and Exchanges
I carefully varnish and wrap all orders before shipping to try and avoid any damage in transit. If there is any issue with your order, please contact me within 5 business days of receiving your item and I will work with you to resolve the problem. Returns will only happen on a case-by-case basis, and you will be responsible for the cost of the return. I always want the customer to be happy with their purchase and with my art, so please choose carefully and always read the descriptions on each piece.
Please remember that my canvases are meant for display and shouldn't be over-handled. When your order leaves my studio, all the components are perfectly secured, and so I cannot offer refunds for damage you inflict through over-handling, touching, scratching, or picking at the art.
