Store Policies


I accept payments through Pay Pal and Stripe. Please note you are not required to have a Paypal account to use this payment method, simply choose the guest option when you are taken to the Paypal page to use your credit/debit card.


Shipping costs include both postage and the packaging materials (box) used to ensure a safe delivery of your handmade item. I ship between 1-3 days of receiving your order.

IMPORTANT: Due to COVID and the current extended delays and issues with the postal system I am only shipping to Australian customers only at this time. Please note that I do normally ship worldwide and when the situation improves I will reopen to international buyers. Sorry for any inconvenience to my international customers at this time!

Postage costs are for standard Air mail only, to keep costs as low as possible for you the customer. It does not include tracking or insurance.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Refunds for damaged items: In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged I will be happy to replace or refund your full purchase price including shipping costs. I will require photo evidence of the damage including the envelope/ packaging it arrived in. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your package to be valid for a refund/exchange.

Lost packages: If your item is somehow lost in the postal system I will send a replacement, or refund should you prefer. Please be assured that I want you to receive what you ordered or not be out of the money should the worst happen and your package is lost! Please just allow enough time to have passed especially during COVID which has caused delays and extended delivery times for all mail.

Cancellations: Should you change your mind before I have shipped your purchase I am happy to cancel and refund your purchase. I unfortunately cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped so please choose carefully! I have a fairly fast shipping time usually within 24 hours of your purchase so please take this into consideration if for any reason you decide you want to cancel your order before shipping.

Do you offer a custom work/ commissions?
I currently do not take custom orders/commissions, my busy schedule prevents me from doing so and I am also an artist who loves to create things when the mood strikes, selling my artwork as I paint it. This allows me to keep my creativity and passion alive and gives me time to create without the pressure and time restraints that often accompany custom work.
