Payment
My Passion accepts payment via PayPal only. This provides the customer with a safe and secure transaction.
Please don't worry if you do not have a PayPal account, you are still able to log on as a guest and safely use a credit or debit card to make your payment through the PayPal checkout system.

Please make payment within 3 days of purchase. If payment has not been received within this time, Madeit will be advised and your order will be cancelled and the item re-listed.

Shipping

All items are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

Combined shipping can be used when ordering 2 or more items - please note the shipping cost will increase according to the total weight of your order.

Items are shipped within 3-5 days of your payment being received unless otherwise stated (excluding custom orders).

Please be aware that My Passion will not be responsible for lost or damaged deliveries.
All orders are sent through Australia Post's Standard delivery service.

Refunds and Exchanges

My Passion want you to be happy with your purchases.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any issues. I will endeavor to resolve them as soon as possible.

All products are handmade by me, in my home.
Unless otherwise stated, all designs are available upon request (may differ slightly from those displayed due their handmade nature and availability of supplies).

Please note that while I do my best to accurately represent colours in my photos, variations in individual monitors may result in items looking slightly different on screen than they are in reality.
