Store Policies

Payment is to be made before the item is sent, this is to be within 3 days of the order being made.
All prices are shown in AUD and include GST.
Payment can be made via Stripe with any major credit card, PayPal or Direct Deposit (account details are provided).

Items are shipped from Sydney.
Postage is only within Australia, there is no International postage option currently.
Postage is made through two (2) avenues:
* Sendle for all street addresses
* Australia Post for PO Boxes only
Postage is a flat rate for all items, regardless of size and weight, meaning if you buy more the poastage will stay the same.
The orders will be received by you anywhere between 3-10 business days of the shipping date, not the date the order was made.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Unfortunately, I cannot take responsibility for any parcel lost or damaged in the postal system.

Unclaimed and returned items will not be resent unless requested, with an additional charge.
Unclaimed goods refund will be made if the unclaimed package is returned, minus any postage fees.
If you should receive an item that is faulty in some way, I will gladly replace it for you.
Given that there are clear pictures of my handmade items, with a comprehensive description there are no exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

Please note that as all the items are handmade by me, they will have little idiosyncrasies, which adds to their character and handmade charm.
What you receive may differ slightly from the picture depending on where the fabric has been cut and sewn.
