Processing time:
The time I need to prepare an order for despatch varies. Ready made items will be despatched next business day.
For details, please see individual items.

Postage:
Standard postage will apply except where requested or stated otherwise. Tracking/Express is additional.

Estimated delivery times:
Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged - Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Returns - I accept returns (not as pictured or described only). Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
Exchanges - I accept exchanges, where an exchange is possible.

Return items back within: 30 days

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition including packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
