Store Policies

As most of my items are already made and ready to send, I am usually able to post them within 1-2 days of payment clearance. However, some listings might be "Made To Order", in which case, I will probably have a time-frame mentioned in the listing description which will not begin until payment has cleared first.

Payment is via Paypal only.
All parcels will be sent with tracking.
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds will not be issued unless you have notified me of an issue and been able to provide a clear photo of the mentioned problem. (eg. incorrect product sent, faulty item., parcel damaged on arrival).

Postal services nationally and internationally vary and I cannot guarantee any parcel arriving by a specific date. Once it has been handed over to the postal services it is literally "out of my hands". If you have not received your item within 10-14 business days, please let me know. However, please be aware that Australia Post does not consider a parcel lost until it has not arrived by 6 weeks from the posting date.

Please be mindful of any local, national or international events that might be disrupting /delaying the postal services, particularly major weather events, natural disasters and political upheavals, which can all hinder the logistics / movement of road freight, air flights, etc.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS::
All parcels will be sent by Australia Post with tracking number. Once it has reached your country of destination you can usually find it on your own countries postal tracking service on their website. Please be aware that Customs clearance can also delay your parcel. Any Customs duties or taxes are paid by you.

PRIVACY
Any of your personal information which I receive, will remain with me for the purposes of:
1. Completing your transaction and enabling me to send the item.
2. Any future communications between you and Kek's Workroom to inform you of any changes or updates.
