Postage & Shipping

Please note that we aim for 1 -3 working days for dispatch.
Postage by Australia post with a Tracking number.

Returns policy
Please include a photo of the item received when making initial contact to assist in resolution.
If you have any problem with the item you receive, please send me a message prior to sending feedback and I will endeavour to rectify the problem.

If the item is damaged in transit, please contact me with a detailed description of the issue. I will replace the damaged item once it has been returned to me. Please note return postage is at buyers’ expense.
