Store Policies

• Payments can be made either by PayPal or via Direct Debit

• Any purchases over $100 will receive free shipping

The business will fulfil certain conditions and warranties set out by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA). The goods must:
• Be of merchantable quality—goods need to reach a basic level of quality given the price of the goods and any description that is provided with the goods
• Be fit for the purpose or job that they are meant to provide and fulfil purposes made known to the consumer
• Match any description or sample given to the consumer whether in promotional material, over the phone, in person, on a website or on labelling or packaging
• Be free from defects and faults
• Be clear of finance or encumbrances not disclosed to the consumer so that the consumer can have free title to the goods.
• The business will not be held at fault against normal wear and abusive wear
• Defects in the craftsmanship or materials will be covered by the business
• Loss and disappearance will not be covered
• Where repairs are done or remake a piece, there will be a 10% recharge and customer will cover the postage costs
• The business owner understands that when goods are sold, a contract is entered into with the consumer. Should the business fail to meet this obligation, a refund or replacement may be provided.
