All prices listed are in Australian Dollars. Shipping is additional to these prices. Payment is accepted through credit card, PayPal and bank deposit.

All our products are handmade from scratch and while I do my best to work as fast as possible quality takes time so please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be made. If you require a parcel in a hurry, please contact me on hello@poppysonrisa.com.au about getting your order in a flash!

Let’s keep shipping simple! Postage is capped at $9.00 and offering FREE Australian shipping on all orders over $100.00. Use code FREE100 for free shipping to apply at Checkout. 
An email will be sent with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched. FREE CLICK & COLLECT is available to all residents in the Albury/Wodonga area, please send me an email to organise.
If you need your items quick, Express Shipping is also available and capped at $12.00.

I want you to love your Poppy Sonrisa purchase, so if you’re not happy, please let me know. You're welcome to return your goodies for a full refund less shipping cost. Items must be returned in new and saleable condition and returned within 7 days of you receiving it. Personalised items such as Sensory Cubes, Hooded Towels and Santa Sacks cannot be exchanged. Sale items are non refundable.
