Store Policies

Postage and handling fees:
Included in item price.

Payments:
Payments are accepted via Pay pal.

Shipping:
Items will be posted within 1-3 days of ordering.
All items are shipped via Australia post.
Allow up to two weeks to receive your order.
If Country Comfort is waiting on supplies to fulfil your order or there is an unforseen issue with the fulfilment of your order you will be contact directly.
Please note - I will not be held responsible for lost / stolen goods posted through Australia post.

Refunds and Exchange:
In the case of a incorrect item being delivered you have 30 days from purchase to apply for a refund or exchange providing the item has not be used, opened or damaged.
In the case of a faulty (proof may be required) item being delivered you have 30 days form purchase to request an exchange, refund or store credit.
In the case of "change of mind" a store credit will be applied to your next order. The return postage cost of a "change of mind" product or order is to the cost of the customer and NOT Country Comfort. Item must be returned to Country Comfort within 30 days of purchase for "change of mind" to be valid and for a store credit to be given.
All requests for refunds and/or exchanges must be in writing and to emailed to country.comfort.mb@gmail.com
