Store Policies

* Please note as all our items are handmade, there may sometimes be differences and inconsistencies in colour, shape, textures, these all add to the character and is what makes them unique.
If for any reason however you are not satisfied with your items please get in touch with us so we can rectify the situation.

* Postage is within Australia only
We post via Australia Post and delivery times may vary, as a guide parcels within Australia should arrive within 7-10 business days through standard post.
All items will be posted within 1-3 business days of payment received .

* Payment is available via PayPal, you do not require a PayPal account for this as you can simply enter your credit card details directly into PayPal, this method of payment is safe for both buyer and seller.

* Refunds/Exchanges: If you are unhappy with the item please contact me with in 7 days of receiving your item with photos and your concerns to discuss. I can not refund if you simply changed your mind and I do not offer a refund if the item does not arrive for a special occasion (please ensure you are ordering in plenty of time) I will always do my best to fill an order as soon as possible and will communicate any issues regarding dispatching. There is no refund on postage costs, you will be responsible for postage costs if you choose to return your order.
