Store Policies

Payment must be received before items can be posted. Please contact us if you have an issues.

Postage prices include postage and handling.

We are happy to refund the cost of an item if it is faulty, or there are issues that arise within a reasonable time frame from receiving that item. We allow change of mind returns as long as the item is in new condition, with no wear and tear, and is within a reasonable time frame (about a month). If the item has been posted already, we will not refund the cost of postage and handling, and will require change of mind refunds to be posted back to us, whereby you will have to cover postage yourself.

If you choose the untracked postage option (this will be outlined in the eligible items descriptions. If there is no mention on the item listing, untracked is unavailable due to the sizing or packaging) you take responsibility for it if for some reason something happens to your parcel.
If you would like tracked postage, please select "Signed Delivery". Unfortunately we cannot change the name of the postage categories, so make sure you select the correct category when checking out.
