Store Policies

Pay pal or Credit Card are used on this store for payment.
Thank you for buying one of my Creative piece's.
Your item will be sent within 3-4 business days on receipt of your payment.
However if there is any unforeseen delay I will contact you asap.
Custom or Painting commissions orders will take me up to 7-14 days to complete
and I will contact you as to the process time to complete.
Once and order is received unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds if the customer changes their mind.
Or for any damaged incurred in transit.
All items are checked prior to postage to ensure they are in perfect condition
Whilst all due care is taken to produce quality items, there may be small flaws due to the fluid nature of the materials used. As your item has been made to order, no returns or refunds will be accepted unless there is a fault or the items are not as described. You will be shown photos of your item prior to shipping, once you have agreed and it is posted, there can be no changes or refunds outside of a major fault, as if your right by Australian consumer law.
If postage details provided are incorrect and results in your piece being incorrectly delivered, I will not accept any liability. Items marked ‘return to sender’ due to incorrect address will require postal payment again by the recipient. (If you’re using PayPal please ensure your address is current in their system)
Please follow all care instructions if given on the item, as improper use of the item does not warrant a refund.
