Store Policies

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on NON PERSONALISED items:
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Send items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs on any item that is to be returned. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items that are defective or faulty will not need to be returned.

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. If you have an urgent order please contact me prior to placing the order.

Estimated delivery times
Australia Standard Post :4-10 business days
Australia Express Post: 2-4 business days
International: 2-6 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose and Australia Post.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
