Store Policies

Most items are ready to post and will be posted within 2 days of payment being received.

Returns & exchanges
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If ordering a clothing item please make sure you have ordered the correct size before placing your order. The sizes shown are Australian sizes and the measurements are in cm.

If you have a quality issue with any item please contact us immediately. Whilst we will exchange items of the same value if an incorrect size has been ordered, or if you change your mind about the one you want, due to the distance and expense involved we will not be responsible for any postage costs incurred.

Requests for exchanges or returns on any item must be made within 7 days of receipt of the item. Items returned for exchange must be in the same condition in which they were sent and shipped back within 14 days.

Postage Overages. It is not always easy to gauge postal costs and we are happy to refund postage overages if we have miscalculated postage. Where items are going letter rate we will not offer additional items option as it will usually drastically increase the postage cost considerably. Where items are too wide to go letter rate and are to be sent parcel post we are happy to offer additional item postage rates. If we have under estimated postage we will absorb those costs.

Overseas buyers. If you are interested in purchasing an item please contact Heather Holland at heather@hollogram.net and we will find out the shipping costs for your region.
