Store Policies

DESPATCH: Items are despatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
DELIVERY: Delivery is within Australia. Parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Insurance is available, please contact me for additional cost details.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
Items that cannot be returned are items on sale or custom orders.
I accept returns if you contact me within 3 days of delivery, items are to be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Where free delivery is offered, if you return an item a handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost for postage.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I will not accept returns or refunds because you have changed your mind or not read the details correctly but will if the item has been damaged or is faulty.
I do not accept exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED UPON DELIVERY:
This will need to be followed up through Australia Post and will take some time to resolve, but refunds will be credited to you as soon as the money comes through. Please keep the packaging and item as evidence of the issue.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Items that have been custom ordered are not returnable unless defective. I require full payment of the agreed price on custom orders before I commence work on the item.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
To clean quilts, machine wash in cool water and air dry as flat as possible. Quilts may be ironed on a moderate setting.
Runners can be machine washed, dried flat and ironed using a moderate setting.
