We only use Australia Post Satchels ( you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel).

Postage Information & Terms

All purchases from our Website are sent with a courier contractor or Australia Post. As a result, risk of loss and damage for these items passes to you upon delivery of the package(s) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

All paid orders are endeavoured to be sent within 24 hours of being placed (excluding holidays and weekends).

Returns Policy & Instructions

Please choose carefully, as purchases are final – we do not give refunds for change of mind.

Please note: Colours may appear slightly different due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.

At Sierra Rose we stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us immediately and attach photos. We will replace or exchange it, or refund your full purchase price pursuant to our Returns Policy.

All returns must have a Return Number (RN). To obtain an RN number, please contact us by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response via email. Items returned without an RN number will not be accepted, and we do not guarantee that the item will be returned to you. Pack and seal your return items securely, in the original packaging. Please ship your return with our courier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost, we will not accept responsibility for lost packages. Our courier must be prepaid as we will not accept COD packages.

We will only refund courier charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. Please contact us in relation to what courier service to use for your return.

Once your package has been received your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. Any refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. You will be notified when we process the refund.

All returned items must be in the original condition as purchased - unworn and with tags and labels attached and in our packaging. We do not accept washed items. In order to help us process your return, please include your name, address, email address, phone number, transaction number and instructions. Any comments would be appreciated.

The images or any materials on this site are for on-screen viewing only. They may not be copied, adapted, reproduced, manipulated or used in any way without specific written consent from Sierra Rose. Unauthorized use or reproduction of a photograph constitutes copyright infringement.

We are happy to share our Pinup Women's Apron images from our portfolio to accompany editorial coverage (including social media). Please email us to request such images to be sent to you by email.
