Store Policies

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by PayPal or Direct Deposit. When paying via Direct Deposit, please leave your order number as a reference. We require immediate payment when choosing Direct Debit, the item will be relisted after 2 days if payment has not been made.

Bracelets will be made once payment has cleared.

POSTAGE

We use Australia Post for Australian deliveries and Sendle for International deliveries. After bracelets have been made, they will be sent within 3 business days (not including public holidays) and email will be sent to the buyer notifying them of dispatch.
Please allow 5-10 days as a general guide to receive your items (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on your location within Australia. International orders will take longer.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds will only be offered if the bracelet has arrived faulty or damaged. Please contact us by email (littlepinkflamingo@outlook.com) as soon as you have received your delivery, attached with a photo of your faulty/damaged bracelet. Refunds will be processed (minus postage costs) as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We are happy to exchange your bracelet if you have chosen an incorrect size. Please contact us via email (littlepinkflamingo@outlook.com) so that we can arrange an exchange for you. Return postage will be the responsibility of the buyer, once the bracelet has been received, we will send you the correct size. Exchanges will only be offered within 24 hours of receiving your bracelet.
