STORE POLICIES
Our store is quite unique in that everything is made by people living with disability. Your orders, questions and support for our store and its supported employees are very important.

C2A's “Gifts with a Conscience” store operates from our Bayswater and Mildura locations. Please allow 48 hours for a response to any questions that you may have or call 1300 111 212 (Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm).

C2A’s “Gifts with a Conscience” store endeavours to provide you with high quality handmade products and ensures your order leaves our site in excellent condition for travel.

POSTAGE (Within Australia)
Standard $9.95 per item + $2.00 per additional item
3-5 business days

FREE COLLECTION
Items can be collected Monday to Friday (9am to 3pm) at either our Bayswater, Bendigo or Mildura site. Please phone 1300 111 212 to confirm collection day and location.

SHIPPING:
Rates are for Australia only. Orders are shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received and should arrive within five business days for most major cities. We recommend you allow up to seven business days for deliveries to rural areas. If you wish to buy more than one item, we are happy to customise the postage price on request from you.

Custom or bulk orders will take 7-14 days unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENTS:
Payments are accepted via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:
For any products that are Reasonable care is taken in packaging goods, however if any product broken or damaged in transit, please email us at sales@c2a.org.au us with your order number and images of the items and we will ensure a replacement is sent out to you.
Currently we are not able to refund for change of mind.

If you do change your mind, we can offer you an exchange within 14 days of purchase but please note you will need to cover the postage costs for the return items and the items you would like to exchange them for. Returned products will need to be unopened and undamaged. It’s always best to get in touch to organise and exchange so we can find the best solution for you.
