We accept payment via PayPal

Orders from stock will usually be dispatched within 4 days of the purchase date (except for custom made orders - these may take up to 2 weeks).
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.

As per the https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/consumer-guarantees

Unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for items lost in the post.
We do not refund for change of mind so please choose sizes and colours carefully.
However, if the goods are different from the original order then they will be replaced at no additional cost.
Please note that due to differences in the way colours are displayed on computer monitors the colours of the item may not be an exact match with that displayed on your monitor. Also, as our items are handmade, there will be slight variations/differences between products.

It is extremely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your goods. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, then we will organise a solution for you ASAP.

In the case of an item being damaged in transit, please contact us and we will ensure a positive outcome for you.
