Store Policies

PAYMENT, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Payment is to be made a time of purchase by PayPal.

Please make sure your PAYPAL DELIVERY/SHIPPING ADDRESS is up to date. Your order will be sent to the PayPal address (as the default address).

Upon payment being cleared your order will be processed immediately and shipped within 1-3 business days.

We ship WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY. All orders are shipped through AUSTRALIA POST; delivery times depends your location usually 5-7 business days by standard Parcel Post with tracking included.

FEEDBACK -
If you can, please let me know when your order arrives, or better still, leave a little feedback. It would be much appreciated.

Positive Feedback is very important for my small handmade business. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact me before leaving a negative feedback. I would appreciate it if you give me the opportunity to solve any problem.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES -

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Your satisfaction is the highest priority and we take the utmost care and meticulously inspect each item before shipping.

If you have any queries after receiving the item, please contact us as soon as possible and before returning the item to me. We would love to work it out.

Due to the handmade nature of each item there may be some variation from the website image to your received product. This may be due to native differences in monitor calibration and settings. I will not accept return based on this reason.

I will gladly assist you in replacing or refunding the item (the item price only) if
(a) The item is damaged
(b) You contact us within 14 days of purchase
(c) Return item back in its original condition and packaging.

I do not accept returns and exchanges for customised items.

A refund will only be issued once the item(s) have been returned to our shop via Australia Post registered mail which provides tracking, insurance and signature on delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchange items will not be identical due to the handmade process behind each item, but will be of similar design and material of the item purchased.

Please choose carefully before making a purchase as no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.

If you item does not arrive within the estimated shipping time – see your Shipping Confirmation – and is more than 7 days late, please feel free to contact me after this time to work through a solution.
