Store Policies

Returns and Exchanges:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges: Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
a. Custom or personalised orders
b. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery:

Processing time: For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Postage: Postage will be in addition to the sale cost of the item. If too much postage is charged, the difference will be refunded. FOR OVERSEAS POSTAGE, PLEASE CONTACT ME TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE OF POSTAGE TO YOUR COUNTRY.

Payment: For custom made orders, 50% deposit will be required and the balance (including postage) will be required prior to shipping.
