Store Policies

Payment
Please make payment within 2 days of order being placed or message me if you need more time.

Postage
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. For this reason we suggest opting for registered post.

Orders from stock will be dispatched within 5 working days but usually within 72 hours.

Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.

It is extremely important to me that your are completely satisfied with your goods. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, then we will organise an exchange for you. We do not refund for change of mind. Please note that we can only exchange items if you return them to us in a saleable condition.

All returned items must be:
unused, unopened and in original condition
clean and undamaged
returned within 14 days of delivery
in a saleable condition upon return

You will be responsibile for all postage costs. However, if the goods are different from the original order then they will be replaced at no additional cost. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact me and we will try and work out a solution asap.

Please note that due to differences in the way colours are displayed on computer monitors the colours of the item may not be an exact match with that displayed on your monitor. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns.
