Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

If you need to cancel your order, this must be done within 24 hours of ordering, before your order has commenced construction. If you have ordered a custom made item (ie: a collar) once your item has already started being made, we can no longer cancel the order.

Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged goods only, within 5 days receipt of the item. Please contact us immediately if the item you have received is damaged or faulty. Unfortunately as some of our items are custom made to size, based on the measurements you provide to us, we cannot accept returns based on the item being the wrong size. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We do not accept exchanges if you have changed your mind, or no longer like the item you have ordered. The images and descriptions on the website try to show the items as real to life and accurately as possible, however slight colour variations could occur from what the item looks like on your screen to what it looks like in real life.

Shipping

Items are shipped via standard Australia Post shipping method. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been sent off.

The Boho Pet is not responsible for any custom fees on held items sent internationally.
