STORE POLICIES

REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
Please contact me within 7 days if you are unhappy with your purchase and I will try to fix the problem. Refunds will only be made if the item is "faulty" or defective in some way.


POSTAGE & DELIVERY (within Australia)
Regular post items come with a tracking number and are posted within 1-2 business days of payment clearance.
Express post items will be posted the following business day of payment clearance.
For 2 or more items, please contact us to arrange combined postage.
All orders are carefully packaged to protect from the elements, however it's the buyers responsibility to ensure a safe location to receive goods.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are not inclusive of any customs taxes.

Buyers are responsible for paying any customs taxes (such as VAT for European customers). Normally, customs taxes are collected by the national postal service (for example, Royal Mail, Deutsche Post etc) on behalf of the government, and they are payable at local post offices.
