Store Policies

Payment - we do require payment to be completed before we post our your items and we are happy to offer PayPal and, if available to you through MadeIt, Direct Funds Transfer.

Postage - when it comes to postage we offer tracking on all items through Sendle (an Australian small/medium business) or Australia Post, where Sendle is not a suitable option. To be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible we re-use packaging material that we receive where possible, and use biodegradable/compostable mailers to reduce the amount of plastic that enters our landfill.

Refunds & Exchanges - if your purchase is not what you expected (we know that buying a scented candle online can be difficult!) we are more than happy to organise an exchange or refund. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return postage in this instance. If your purchase is damaged in transit, please let us know and we will organise to send you a replacement.
