Delivery & Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Madeit keeps your payment information secure. Madeit shops never receive your credit card information.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges on all items that are unopened, unused and still in their original packaging.
Any items damaged in transit is the responsibility of the postal service carrier. In the event that items are damaged in transit, a claim will be submitted to the postal service carrier for reimbursement of monies

Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery to arrange.

I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalised orders
-Opened or used items

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
