Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Customer is responsible for return postage costs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalised orders
-Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

-Custom and personalised orders
We will consider custom or personalised orders on request. Please note production of custom orders may take some time. This can be discussed and an estimate given depending on the complexity of the order and other orders at the time.

-How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary and may exceed 8 weeks if being sent overseas. If you need to receive an order by a particular date please convo me to confirm shipment method required. I will take care to get your order to you as soon as possible, however once the item is dispatched I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping and customs.
UK and EU customers please note shipping from Australia will often exceed 4 weeks. Please only order if you accept this shipping time frame.

-Refunds for Faulty/ Damaged Items
In the unlikey event of an item being damaged or defective:
-Please notify me immediately if you believe this to be the case.
-Photographic evidence of defect will be required.
-You may be required to return the item to me to complete refund.

-What happens if my item is damaged during transit/shipping?
Luckily our items are non-breakable and it is extremely unlikely for them to be damaged during the shipping process. We also take care to package our items well. Although we are not responsible for damage to an item during shipping, I am happy to assist you with any claim with the shipping company for damage incurred.

-What if I live locally and want to pick up my order?
Local Darwin customers can use the coupon code LOCAL0800UP at checkout for free shipping. I will contact you to organise a time for you to pick up your order from Herbert.

I would like to return my order...how do I do this?
You may return an item IF
-You notify me as soon as practical. You will have 14 days to notify me of a return.
-The item must e returned to us within 30 days of delivery.
-The buyer is responsible for return postage.
-The cost of the item will be refunded upon my receipt of returned item and not before.
-Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
-Items must be returned in original condition. An item that has been worn, used or altered in any way will not be refunded.

Custom made items are non-refundable.

On Screen Colour Accuracy
We do our best to reproduce all images in our shop to be as close as possible to the real thing. However, with discrepancies in technology and end user's equipment, colours may not always appear exactly as the original item on all screen types.

Incorrect address details
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Please double check the address you provide as we are not responsible for orders that are not received due to address errors.
