All items are made to order for you, so please allow 2wks for your item to be finished and send to you.
Toys of Wood products are sent via standard postage (to keep the postage price down for you), which doesn't come with tracking. If you would like tracking with your postage, please choose the express option.

Wooden products are made out of locally grown timbers and not imported. They are finished with bee’s wax, if you wish them to be natural, please contact me when you order.
Please also allow an extra 3-4 days during sale periods (including using discount codes) as sale times can be super busy in the workshop!

**Colours may appear slightly different, depending on what sort of device you are viewing them on and the grain/variations of the timber are always unique. If you have special wishes, please contact me via mail or phone. www.toysofwood.com.au

Payment is to be made within 3 days using paypal or direct deposit.
Delivery is to your nominate address when placing your order, so make sure it’s correct!
Once the parcel is lodged with Australia Post we cannot make adjustments. Risk and title of the goods are assigned to you upon delivery and Toys of Wood cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.

Reasonable care is taken in packaging your goods, however if damage occurs in transit, please take a photo and email that to us at info@toysofwood.com.au so we can discuss the matter. ** Please choose carefully and understand that I am unable to refund for a change of mind. We will only consider an exchange only under these special circumstances.
