Store Policies

Payment Policy:
I accept PayPal, and would prefer payment within 3 days of purchase - please contact me if you need more time than this, otherwise I reserve the right to relist the item.

Shipping Policy:
I will mail your item to you by Australia Post standard mail. If you would like your item to be sent via Australia Post Express Post, please contact me and I will provide you with pricing. If you would like the extra peace of mind of postal insurance, please contact me and I will provide you with pricing. Most items listed here on MadeIt are already created and will be mailed out to you the next working day from your order. Delivery times are dependent on the mail services! Please note that all taxes and customs duties on orders outside Australia are the responsibility of the customer, and responsibility for any customs issues or refusals also lies with the buyer.

Custom order delivery times will vary depending on the size and complexity of your piece - I will give you an estimate of delivery time at the time of your quote.

Refund Policy:
My aim is to make sure that you are completely happy with your purchase. Please feel free to contact me with any questions about my work. As with any handcrafted item, small inconsistencies and imperfections will occur - this is part of the joy of owning a unique, handmade piece! If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact me to see if we can fix the problem. You may return new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. I'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of my error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
