Shipping and Delivery: The hairy ones products are made in Australia and made to order. We will do our best to deliver all products ordered within Australia in 2 – 3 working days from completion of the order. We will always advise customers if there is going to be a delay in delivery.

Australia shipping costs are generally as follows:

Free shipping within Australia.

International shipping costs are priced upon application.

Refund and Return Policy:

We want all our customers to have a positive experience and we are happy to help. The hairy ones will gladly exchange, credit or offer a full refund on purchases within 30 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges) should you not be satisfied with your products. However, sale items cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless the product is defective.

All returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

The hairy ones will not refund or exchange any items that have been damaged or lost in transit.

Refunds are credited to the original card or Paypal account that the customer paid with. This may take up to 36 hours depending on the banks.

Faulty Items:

The hairy ones will replace or refund faulty items within 30 days subject to availability. If an exchange item is not available, the hairy ones will refund the full cost of the defective goods. The return delivery charges will be refunded, or no charge will be made for the delivery of exchange items if the goods are found to be defective. The cost incurred for returning goods that are found not to be defective shall be at the customer’s expense.
