Store Policies

Paypal is preferred but credit card payments can be arranged.

Standard postage within Australia is free of charge. Your purchase will be sent via Australian Parcel Post (generally delivered within 2-6 business days) and there is an option for upgrading to Express Post (1-2 business days) at a cost of $5. Some items will be sent via Express Post free of charge, depending on the listing and the price of the item. Please see specific listing for details.

In stock items will be posted within 1-2 business days but please allow 3-5 business days for custom / made to order items. Customers will be notified once an order is posted and tracking number will be provided.

Items will be well packed in a gift bag or box which is bubble wrapped for protection.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please Contact me within 14 days of delivery and send items back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. I hope you LOVE your Gemtation Jewellery purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact me directly and I will work with you to sort it out.

I stand behind the quality of Gemtation Jewellery products and offer a 100% money back guarantee. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return the item within 14 days and a PayPal refund including return postage will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

Exchanges and returns are also accepted, under other circumstances including a change of mind.
Return conditions for reasons other than defects:

1. Simply contact me regarding the intention to exchange or refund within one week of receiving the item and we'll go from there. The customer is responsible for all further postage costs under these circumstances.

3. There is no ring re-sizing fee, however the customer is responsible for shipping the product to Gemtation Jewellery for re-sizing. Within Australia, if returned within 30 days of purchase, the ring will be posted back free of charge. After 30 days, return postage will apply.

Made to order items may vary slightly from the photo due to the nature of the antique components and uniqueness of handmade jewellery but differences will generally be insignificant and the look of the piece will be the same. In any case, I am more than happy to send a photo of the finished product for customer approval prior to shipping and will do so at my discretion (if I believe that the customisation warrants approval) or upon customer request.

If you require a size, texture or other factor or combination (eg an item originating from a particular year or decade) that's not listed or have something special in mind, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request. I will send a photo of the finished product prior to requesting payment. and there is no obligation to purchase if the finished item does not suit your requirements.
