Store Policies

PAYMENT
Only after payment is made and cleared will the item be sent out. Immediate payment is preferred. However I am happy to allow up to 3 days for payment of your carts contents.

PayPal is the easiest, fastest and safest method of payment. During the checkout process you will see a link to the PayPal site where you can submit your payment immediately. You don't need a PayPal account to use PayPal if you use your credit card.

Please check your PayPal address as that’s the address used for shipping.

POSTAGE
All items will be packed for safe delivery to your door.

All items are sent using Australia Post or Officeworks Mailman. I will always check postage addresses for domestic and international transport. All packages will have tracking and will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon the item being sent off. Please note some countries/areas may be delayed due to customs examinations.

I will always wrap and package items professionally. I may reuse shipping materials on smaller items whenever possible, this includes boxes etc. to reduce shipping costs and lessen my impact on the environment.

All customs and tax costs to your country are paid by the purchaser.

INSURANCE
Insurance is offered please contact me prior to purchase with your address and I will quote you the extra cost. I am not responsible for loss or damage of an item in the post, if not insured at purchasers’ cost.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the purchase to let me know the reason you wish to return it, including photos depicting any concerns, and I will provide instructions on what to do next.

The purchaser has the right of returning the item and having the purchase price (less forward and return packaging, handling and delivery costs) refunded when the item is returned to me in an undamaged condition.

Purchaser pays for all return shipping, tracking and insurance.

NOTE
• Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
• I am not responsible for loss or damage of item in the post, if it has not been insured at purchasers cost.
• I will always wrap and package items professionally and double check all addresses for domestic and international transport.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
I will always check all addresses for domestic and international transport. International buyers must provide an address that can be validated and be a registered user on PayPal with the same confirmed address. I do not post to P.O. Boxes because the purchase will need to be signed for on delivery.

CUSTOMS POLICY
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering. I will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office.

You may also be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your purchase cost and must be paid directly by you. I will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.

MY ORDER IS LATER THAN EXPECTED
If your order hasn’t reached you within 14-30 business days, the best first step is to contact your local post office in case they are holding the package for you.

If you feel that your order is taking much longer than it should, you've allowed a reasonable time for your local customs to checkout your item, and your local post office was not able to help, please message me and I’ll see what I can do. When contacting me, please let me know your full correct delivery address so I can help you as soon as possible.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
• Items on sale
• Change of mind
